§ 10-26. Definitions.

  • The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

    Domestic septage shall mean all solid wastes containing human feces or residuals of such which have been treated by lime stabilization, sludge pasteurization or other process which produces similar kills of microorganisms.

    Food service sludge shall mean oils, greases and grease trap pumpings generated in the food service industry which have been properly treated by lime stabilization, sludge pasteurization or other process which produces similar kills of microorganisms.
