§ 10-28. Permit—Required, issuance.

(a)

No person shall engage in the business of domestic septage or food service sludge land application unless such person has obtained a permit. No permit shall be granted unless the person complies with the requirements of this article and all applicable federal, state and other governmental laws and regulations.

(b)

The permit shall be issued by the county public health unit, which shall also be responsible for the enforcement of this article.
