§ 10-30. Site plan.

Each application to the county public health unit for a permit required by this article shall be accompanied by a site plan certified by a state registered professional engineer. Such site plan shall contain:
(1)

An accurate map depicting the exact location of land application and septage or sludge processing.

(2)

A stormwater plan demonstrating that all stormwater runoff generated by a 25-year frequency storm will be prevented from entering or leaving the septic land application site.
