§ 10-55. Applicability and compliance schedule.

(a)

This article shall be applicable to any facility transporting, storing, handling, treating or disposing of hazardous wastes in the county.

(b)

This article is intended to be prospective only. New hazardous waste storage, treatment or disposal facilities shall meet the requirements of this article.
