§ 10-65. Establishment of fees.

Latest version.

A schedule of fees, as required by this article, shall be subsequently established by resolution of the board of county commissioners. Such fees shall be sufficient to provide funds to the county for review of permit applications, monitoring of permitted facilities and to enable the department to perform its duties under this article. Such fees shall be waived until established by the board.
