§ 10-67. Designation of hearing officer.

  • The board of county commissioners may designate a hearing officer to conduct public hearings, as required by the provisions of this article. The hearing officer shall conduct the public hearings in accordance with the provisions of section 10-68. If a hearing officer is not designated by the board, the board shall conduct the public hearing in accordance with the provisions of section 10-68.
