§ 14-33. Purpose and intent.

This article is adopted with the intent to limit the number of false alarms answered by the Sheriff's Department and Fire Departments of Santa Rosa County. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, partnership or entity who owns, controls, or has custody of any security alarm as defined herein to suffer or permit the existence of excessive false alarms by such devices as defined herein.
