§ 14-37. Penalties.

Violations of this article will constitute a civil infraction punishable as specified in Ord. No. 96-18. Each day that the violation exists, shall constitute a separate offense. The fifth or greater violation of this article by any person or company shall constitute a second degree misdemeanor. Infractions may be issued by the sheriff's office or Santa Rosa County Code Enforcement.
