§ 14-72. Applicability.

This division shall apply to and be enforced in those areas of Santa Rosa Island under the jurisdiction of the county, lying between the low water mark and the property line of those properties held by private leaseholders, or in the case of public lands between the low water make and the line of vegetation or boardwalk, as applicable, or within public dune preserve areas.
