§ 14-73. Definitions.

The following words, phrases or terms used in this division, unless context indicates otherwise, shall have the following meaning:

Glass container means any container made of glass, including, but not limited to, any cup, tumbler, jar or bottle; provided however, there is specifically excepted herefrom those glass containers used for and actually containing prescription drugs.

Person means any natural person, partnership, firm, corporation of company.
