§ 14-75. Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this division or amendments thereto, who shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with order or notice or in pursuance and by authority of division shall be guilty of a civil infraction as provided for in Ordinance 96-18.

The applicable fines shall be as follows:
1st citation ..... $50.00

2nd citation ..... 100.00

3rd citation ..... 250.00

4th and additional ..... 400.00
