§ 14-95. Penalty.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this division or amendments thereto, who shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with order or notice or in pursuance and by authority of this division shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree and subject to punishment as prescribed by state law. For purposes of this division, a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day a violation of this division exists, such time commencing at the time of notification of the offender of the violation.
