§ 14-111. [Regulated.]

The unrestricted use by motor vehicles on the beaches of Navarre Beach is deemed detrimental to the preservation of the sand dunes and natural resources on Navarre Beach and that regulation restricting the use and operation of motor vehicles off of the public roads, public parking areas and private driveways is required in the interest of public safety and welfare, which shall be hereafter controlled and regulated by this division.
