§ 14-112. [Prohibited.]

The operation of motor vehicles off of the public roads, public parking areas and private driveways on Navarre Beach shall be prohibited, provided however, motor vehicles shall be permitted within the above described area as follows:

(1)

On the properties of leaseholders for their own vehicles and of their invitees and guests.

(2)

Vehicles actually engaged in construction or other authorized work on Navarre Beach limited to areas reasonably necessary to the prosecution of work.

(3)

To holders of special written permits from the county limited to such areas or purposes as may be specified in such permit.

(4)

Vehicles owned and operated by any governmental agency or fire department.
