§ 14-163. Definitions.

The following words, phrases, or terms used in this article, unless context indicates otherwise, shall have the following meaning:

Glass container. Any container made of glass, including, but not limited to, any cup, tumbler, jar, or bottle; provided, however, there is specifically excepted herefrom those glass containers used for and actually containing prescription drugs.

Person. Any natural person, partnership, firm, corporation, or company.
