§ 14-165. Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article or amendments thereto; who shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with order or notice or in pursuance and by authority of this article shall be guilty of a civil infraction as provided for in Ordinance 96-18.

The applicable fines shall be as follows:
1st citation ..... $50.00

2nd citation ..... 100.00

3rd citation ..... 250.00

4th and additional ..... 400.00
