§ 15-27. Alcoholic beverages.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful to bring into, consume, sell, or cause to allow to be sold, any beer, wine, liquors or alcoholic beverages of any kind, in any county park, except when authorized by the board. Possession and consumption of alcohol on the public beaches on Navarre Beach is allowed. Proper licensing and insurance shall be required.
