§ 15-31. Pets and animals.

(a)

Bringing a dog, cat, or other animal into a county park, shall be unlawful except for bona fide service animals and animals within identified dog parks, equestrian centers, and the fair grounds.

(b)

Animal owners are required to pick up after their pets and properly dispose of all animal droppings in trash receptacles.
