§ 15-33. Destruction of property.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to destroy, deface, or remove any native wild or domesticated tree, shrub, plant or wildflower in any county park.

(b)

Destroying, injuring, defacing, removing or disturbing in any manner any real, personal, or public property in any county park shall be unlawful.
