§ 15-38. Personal injuries and accidents.

The board of county commissioners shall not be responsible for any accident or injury to any person while on county park property or when using any county park facility. Any person coming within a county park or using a county park facility shall by such entrance or use waive any claim against the county or its agent for any accident or injury occurring while on or within a county park.
