§ 15-44. Nudity in public parks, beaches or other property owned or leased by the county.

It shall be unlawful for any person while in or on any public park, beach or other property owned or leased by the county to expose to public view his or her genitals, pubic area, anus or anal cleft or cleavage, or any female to expose to public view that area of the female breast at or below the areola thereof. A mother's breast feeding of her baby does not under any circumstance violate this section.
