§ 16-29. Bylaws, minutes.

The zoning board shall adopt by-laws for the transaction of its business. The by-laws shall set forth the-procedures, rules, and regulations necessary for the zoning board to conduct its business. The zoning board shall keep a properly indexed record of its resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations, which shall be public records.
