§ 16-30. Meetings.

The zoning board shall meet at regular scheduled intervals, and at such other times as the chairman of the zoning board may determine. The by-laws adopted by the zoning board shall reflect the schedule of regular meetings; the manner in which notice shall be given, indicating the date, time, place, and the subject to be discussed, as well as a method of calling and conducting a special meeting. The by-laws adopted by the zoning board shall also state that all meetings and records of the zoning board are open to the public.
