§ 18-34. Public nuisance—Responsibility.

It is a violation of this article for any owner, lessee, operator, tenant, or agent to maintain premises, private or open to the public, vacant or occupied, upon which litter is permitted, caused, allowed or exists in any manner so as to become a nuisance.
