§ 18-37. Injunctive relief.

The board of county commissioners may institute a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction to seek injunctive relief to enforce compliance with this article. The bringing of an action requesting injunctive relief shall not limit or prohibit the issuance of an injunction for any other violation of this article. All of the judicial and administrative remedies that are provided within this article shall be independent and cumulative.
