To the extent allowed by federal law, all solid waste generated in Santa Rosa County
except for hazardous waste, construction and demolition debris, land clearing debris,
or biohazardous waste shall be disposed in a Santa Rosa County managed disposal facility.
Upon the request of Santa Rosa County, all collectors of solid waste, including commercial
solid waste collectors, shall provide Santa Rosa County information regarding the
quantity of solid waste collected in Santa Rosa County. Said information shall be
submitted in a form provided by Santa Rosa County and shall be filed annually. Failure
to submit the form as specified herein or submission of false information in the form
shall constitute a violation of this article.
