§ 18-66. Revocation or suspension of permit.

  • (a)

    Notice of correction: If the director determines that a permit holder is in violation of any provision of his permit or of this article, the director will send notice of said violation to the permit holder.

    (b)

    Revocation; appeals: If, after notice of violation has been given, the permittee has failed to make necessary corrections within a reasonable time, the board of county commissioners may suspend or revoke the permit. The board of county commissioners shall set a time and place for a hearing regarding the proposed revocation. The permit holder shall be given at least ten days notice of said hearing.
