§ 18-132. Compliance required.

No disposal of solid waste shall be made at county-managed solid waste disposal sites except in conformity with this article. Any person, firm, corporation or legal entity subject to this article shall comply with all other applicable laws, ordinances, regulations and provisions otherwise imposed. Refusing or failing to pay fees or charges established by the board of county commissioners in accordance with regularly established procedures shall be a violation of this article punishable as provided by law.
