§ 18-152. Charges based upon volume.

If fees are charged based on volume, such volume will be based on the maximum capacity of the delivery vehicle. This method shall be used for each instance of delivery regardless of the fact that actual volume delivered to the site by the vehicle may be less than its capacity. Vehicles shall not be loaded in excess of capacity. The county landfill director may require that all commercial disposers affix an identification number to their vehicles that are used to dispose of solid waste.
