§ 19-1. Ordinances not affected by Code.

(a)

Nothing in this Code or the ordinance adopting this Code shall affect the following ordinances:

(1)

Ordinance No. 90-21 (Fox Den Village Sewer MSBU).

(2)

Ordinance No. 90-23 (Fire Protection MSBU), as amended Ord. No. 92-06.

(3)

Ordinance No. 90-24 (Polynesian Isles Canal Maintenance MSBU).

(4)

Ordinance No. 91-20 (Sandpiper Village Street Lighting MSBU).

(5)

Ordinance No. 91-21 (Santa Rosa Shores Canal Maintenance MSBU).

(6)

Reserved.

(7)

Ordinance No. 91-28 (Navarre Beach Canal Maintenance MSBU).

(b)

All such ordinances are hereby adopted by reference and recognized as continuing in full force and effect to the same extent as if set out at length in this Code.

Ord. No. 2018-11 , § 10, adopted July 26, 2018, repealed the former subsection 19-1(a)(6). The former subsection 19-1(a)(6) pertained to Navarre Beach Fire Protection MSBU and derived from Ordinance No. 91-27. Regulations pertaining to Navarre Beach Fire Protection MSBU have been laid out in chapter 19, article LXVII, §§ 19-971—19-979.
