§ 19-3. Santa Rosa County Tourist Development District.

(a)

There is hereby established an expanded county-wide tourist development district which shall be known as the Santa Rosa County Tourist Development District.

(b)

The levy, imposition and collection of the tourist development tax in the Santa Rosa County Tourist Development District shall be in the same manner as in the already existing South Santa Rosa County Tourist Development District.

(c)

The rate of the tourist development tax in the Santa Rosa County Tourist Development District shall be at the rate of two percent, excluding the area included in the already existing South Santa Rosa County Tourist Development District, which shall continue at the rate of three percent.

(d)

The area to be included within the district shall be all of Santa Rosa County.
