Article LI. FERNWOOD DRIVE, INDIAN HILLS SUBDIVISION, PACE MILL CREEK SUBDIVISION, AND TERRA BELLA SUBDIVISION MUNICIPAL SERVICE BENEFIT UNITS

§ 19-723. Creation of units.

Latest version.

Pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes, there is hereby established the Fernwood Drive Street Lighting Municipal Service Benefit Unit, Indian Hills Subdivision Street Lighting Municipal Service Benefit Unit, Pace Mill Creek Subdivision Street Lighting Municipal Service Benefit Unit, and Terra Bella Subdivision Street Lighting Municipal Service Benefit Unit. The boundaries of each unit shall consist of the properties depicted in the attached maps.
