§ 19-748. Funding.

The unit established pursuant to this article is established to provide funding for roadway, drainage improvement and dam repairs which may be provided by independent contractors or county departments. All repairs to the roadway, drainage improvement and dam repairs provided shall be completely funded by the assessments established pursuant to this article.
