§ 19-853. Creation of unit.

Pursuant to F.S. ch. 125, there is hereby established the Autumn Trace Boulevard Street Lighting Municipal Service Benefit Unit (unit), the Forest at Oriole Beach Subdivision Street Lighting Municipal Service Benefit Unit (unit), Oak Leigh Place Subdivision Street Lighting Municipal Service Benefit Unit (unit), and Summerset Estates II Subdivision Street Lighting Municipal Service Benefit Unit (unit). The boundaries of the units shall consist of the properties depicted in the attached maps.
