Article LXIV. GRAND BAY COURT SUBDIVISION AND PACE MILL CREEK PHASE III AND IIIB SUBDIVISION STREET LIGHTING MUNICIPAL SERVICE BENEFIT UNITS

§ 19-913. Creation of unit.

Latest version.

Pursuant to F.S. ch. 125, there is hereby established the Grand Bay Court Subdivision Street Lighting Municipal Service Benefit Unit (unit), and Pace Mill Creek Phase III and IIIB Subdivision Street Lighting Municipal Service Benefit Unit (unit). The boundaries of the units shall consist of the properties depicted in the attached maps.
