§ 19-973. Creation of unit.

Pursuant to F.S. ch. 125, there is hereby continued the Navarre Beach Fire Protection Municipal Service Benefit Unit (unit). The boundaries of the unit shall consist of that portion of Santa Rosa Island within Santa Rosa County excluding the Eglin Air Force Base Reservation.
