§ 19-995. Funding.

The unit will be funded through the annual adoption of a resolution levying an ad valorem tax millage not in excess of ten mills on the dollar of assessed value of all property within the unit without the necessity of a referendum, as provided in F.S. § 125.01, and through other revenues as appropriate.
