§ 19-243. Creation of unit.

Latest version.

Pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes, there is hereby established the Holley-by-the-Sea Subdivision Street Lighting Municipal Service Benefit Unit. The boundaries of such unit shall consist of the properties depicted in the attached map*.
