§ 19-573. Creation of unit.

Latest version.

Pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes, there is hereby established the Bay Ridge 3rd Addition Road Paving/Water/Sewer Municipal Service Benefit Unit. The boundaries of such unit shall consist of the properties depicted in the attached map.*
