§ 19-619. Revenues collected.

  • (a)

    The revenues collected shall be dedicated for use of fire protection or enhancement of first response for fire departments within the boundaries as depicted in appendix A attached hereto, less such amounts expended by the county in the collection of said revenues.

    (b)

    Each fire department receiving revenues shall execute an agreement with the county agreeing to participate in the Santa Rosa County Fire Service Plan and utilize said revenues pursuant to a budget submitted to and approved by the board of county commissioners. Such expenditures shall be subject to audit to confirm proper expenditure. The departments shall report to the county the expenditures made from funds not made from MSBU revenues.
