§ 19-413. Creation of unit.

Latest version.

Pursuant to F.S. ch. 125 there is hereby established the Navarre Beach Restoration Project Municipal Service Benefit Unit. The boundaries of such unit shall consist of the properties described in Appendix A attached hereto.
