§ 20-40. Board of county commissioners; powers to rescind.

It is the intent of the board of county commissioners in establishing this article that it be and is hereby empowered to rescind this additional homestead tax exemption at the end of any particular year should it be determined in the sole discretion of the board that there is an adverse financial impact of such an exemption, and it no longer serves the best financial interest of the county.
