§ 21-23. Proportionate fair-share program for concurrency alternatives.

Within future TCEAs, TCMAs, or MMTDs, Santa Rosa County hereby establishes a proportionate fair-share assessment, based on the expected costs and transportation benefits of all the programmed improvements within that district, and based on the expected trip generation of the proposed development.
