§ 2-76. Appeals to the board of county commissioners.

  • Any final binding decision rendered by any board appointed by the board of county commissioners, may be appealed to the board of county commissioners by the affected party. This section shall not apply to any matter that is not appealable to the board of county commissioners according to Florida law.

    Said appeal must be filed in writing within 15 days of the date of said decision.

    If appeal from an appointed board is provided by another ordinance, this section shall not apply to such appointed board.
