§ 2-133. Purpose.

In accordance with and pursuant to the authority of the general laws of the State of Florida, and F.S. chs. 125 and 420, this division specifies the requirements for the planning, implementation and receipt of funds under the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program as governed by F.S. ch. 420, and Rule 9I-37, Florida Administrative Code.
