§ 2-149. Penalties.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of section 2-148 of this division shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree and subject to punishment as prescribed by state law. For purposes of this division, a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day a violation of this division exists; said time commencing at the time of notification of the offender of the violation.
