§ 2-156. Object and intent; composition.

It is the object and intent of this division to establish a committee of two county commissioners, two employees and one other member appointed by such members who are county commissioners and employees, to hear complaints on behalf of and against county employees and to make recommendations to the board of county commissioners concerning the disposition of such complaints. It is further the object and intent of this division that such committee shall have advisory authority only and that this committee is not a disciplinary authority.
