Ord. No. 91-24, adopted August 22, 1991, repealed § 3-3 in its entirety. Formerly, § 3-3 pertained to distance requirements from churches and schools for vendors selling alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption as enacted by Ord. No. 89-04, §§ 1—8, adopted March 9, 1989. The users attention is directed to App. C of this Code for similar provisions.
