§ 2.12.00. Record on appeal.

  • In the event of an appeal of any decision by the Board of County Commissioners relating to a rezoning, the record shall consist of all documents and exhibits presented at the hearing, all testimony presented at the hearing, the package transmitted to the board by the Planning Department for said hearing, and the relevant minutes of the Local Planning Board or Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals.
