§ 8.03.00. Illumination.

A.

Illuminated signs, other than those identifying churches, schools, and the subdivision entrances are not permitted in residential districts or the Neighborhood Commercial District.

B.

Lighting directed toward a sign shall be shielded so that it illuminates only the face of the sign and does not shine directly into public right-of-way or residential premises.
